20" x 16" Price: $1,000 This painting was done from a photograph taken during the heat of summer -- actually on July 4. The scene was a very "green" summer one -- but I decided to change it to an early autumn one to demonstrate to my students that you need not copy a photograph exactly. The old picket fence was so wonderful and gives you an idea that the property is an old family homestead.
